Description:
As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our software systems and data analysis efforts.
You will work closely with various teams to develop software solutions, analyze data, and help optimize our processes.
Your technical skills, analytical mindset, and Salesforce knowledge will contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development and testing of software applications.
Collaborate with senior developers to maintain and improve existing codebases.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to software documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
Assist in the creation of data models and predictive analytics.
Utilize Salesforce for data management, reporting, and analytics.
Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
Provide support and training to team members on Salesforce functionalities.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
1-2 years of experience in software engineering and/or data analytics.
Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including customization and configuration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
