About the Role BDO WA have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be actively involved in conducting investigations, investigating financial discrepancies, analysing data, supporting team members, and assisting to prepare comprehensive reports. Some of your key responsibilities include: Assisting the team in client delivery by providing support to multiple engagements simultaneously including requesting and evaluating financial information from source documents. Assisting with quantification of loss, litigation support, forensic accounting, family law litigation support, asset tracing matters, and investigations. Assisting with the preparation of high-quality independent reports which are clear, concise, and easily understood by clients. Strong research, problem-solving and analytical skills to collect, collate, and report forensic and technical evidence for presentation to stakeholders, industrial tribunals, and the Courts. About You What you will need to succeed: Demonstrated experience working in a similar role and/or within accounting. Relevant Tertiary qualification. Working towards, or intending to, CPA / CA qualification. Ability to use initiative with a strong desire to grow and develop within the role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Competent in the use of MS Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle and analyse complex information (financial/accounting insight is favourable). Why BDO?
