Do Work That Matters: As an Analyst, you play a vital role in our relationship management team, collaborating with colleagues, senior management, and clients to deliver valuable solutions.
Your responsibilities include researching, analysing, and building a thorough client and industry database, including financial modelling and risk assessment.
We seek an inquisitive Analyst with strong analytical skills, a customer-centric focus, and a commitment to achieving the highest client satisfaction.
More Specifically, You Will: Assess credit merits, manage applications, and conduct due diligence, financial modelling, and risk analysis. Maintain data quality, ensure compliance, and analyse client and property specifics for portfolio management. Identify and research new bank prospects, handle credit submissions, and perform annual reviews for timely decisions and accurate data. Prepare pitch packs, manage the portfolio pipeline, and handle financial reporting proactively. Emphasize quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimization. Assist Relationship Executives by aligning client needs with strategy and product range, delivering exceptional customer service, and improving survey results. We want to hear from you if you have: Proficiency in MS Excel and a track record in financial modelling. The versatility to work autonomously or as a team player. Robust commercial insight encompassing business operations and the property market. Rapid comprehension of intricate transactions, with an ability to assess their client-specific advantages. A keen focus on risk and compliance, backed by credit assurance expertise. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering strong relationships, and adept planning and organization. Ideally, a Business/Commerce degree (preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Statistics) or equivalent relevant experience would be advantageous.
