Amplifon Australia is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our #makemorepossible team!
Key responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for employees in providing HR generalist support, administration and policy advice; escalate accordingly to Area HRBP. Be the first point of contact for Area managers in Employee Relations matters and support HRBPs in high-level investigations. Coordinate field travel arrangements and work closely with the Training Team for Inductions and Onboarding. Follow up on probationary and performance reviews, licence updates for health care professionals and other relevant documents. Collaborate with Sales team to support in day-to-day HR activities. Facilitate HR communications and reporting, drafting presentations for monthly meetings. Engage with Field Management to assess organisational capabilities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Ensure execution and adherence to Amplifon HR principles, practices and policies. Support developing and/or updating forms, templates, and maintain workforce planning for the field team. Support the Senior HRBP in providing detailed advice on Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations. Other administrative tasks as deemed appropriate by the HRBPs. Education and experience: University Degree in Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies; an MSc in Human Resources is highly appreciated. 2 years of Australian experience. Employee Relations Experience is an advantage.
