Due to establishing a rock solid foundation and creating a highly trusted brand and service, they are looking to expand their business by increasing their already impressive market share.
The Role:
Reporting to the Founder and CEO, this is a key, senior position where you will have a seat at the head table to play a significant part in contributing to the overall growth objectives of the business by developing and implementing the marketing strategies and initiatives. One of your main responsibilities is to grow market share through optimising the digital marketing strategy and generating quality leads with high conversion rates. Other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-
Amplifying the Brand visibility across existing and new customers
Use data and market insights to accurately form effective and targeted campaigns
Being customer centric and increasing customer engagement by enhancing customer experience
Use the technology resources and CRMs available to analyse data, monitor and mange campaigns and form on going strategies
Being the Digital Marketing expert and developing and implementing the correct digital, SEO/SEM strategies to ensure impressive ROIs
Manage, lead and grow the existing marketing team through your collaborative, supportive and outcomes focused leadership
Being a commercial, modern day marketer with a wholistic view on outcomes and business impact, working closely with other business function
The Candidate:
This role is suited to those who thrive in a fast paced environment and have a demonstrated track record of achieving growth. This Head Of Marketing must be a team player and have the perfect balance of strategic aptitude and tactical application as they achieve their objectives. In addition, this candidate will have:-
Proven team management and leadership and be able to develop and grow their teams
The expertise to be the go to for digital and traditional marketing with a focus on delivering growth and increased revenue
Data driven decision making skills, using the resources, voice of customer and data sets to assess and improve effective campaigns
A high level of commercial acumen and think wholistically across the entire business when managing budgets, spend and ROIs
Proven leadership skills being a key and influential part of the SLT and to inspire those around them
