Senior Fund Accountant Private Capital
Permanent Role Hybrid Role $100k + Super Role
The Private Capital Fund Administrator (PC Fund Admin) is responsible for daily operations related to Private Capital assets, supporting onboarding, transitions, business change projects, and process improvements to maintain a sustainable operating model.

Key duties include:
Processing and managing capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and share/unit transfers.
Reviewing investment documents and overseeing related payment instructions.
Reconciling assets and market valuations.
Preparing monthly or ad-hoc client reports.
Reviewing tax components based on Fund Manager statements for Australian investments.
Supporting new asset onboarding, system setups, and documentation reviews.
Individual Leadership
Validate and oversee transaction processing and daily tasks.
Ensure service delivery aligns with client SLAs.
Support cross-team collaboration and participate in client/internal meetings.
Adapt to change with flexibility and encourage a culture of accountability and openness.
Client Service
Address client queries regarding Private Capital assets.
Implement operational risk controls and meet regulatory requirements.
Support client onboarding, product development, and business changes.
Monitor the Risk Control Framework and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Operational Controllers.
Projects and Efficiency
Drive process improvements and actively participate in internal projects.
Experience
Background in financial services, with a focus on alternative investments.
Strong technical knowledge of Private Capital assets, fund accounting, unit pricing, tax, and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
