We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all store operations.

What you'll do:
Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll.

What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
