The role If you have a passion for customer service and logistics and a talent for problem solving and prioritising workload, then this is the opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for an experienced customer service or logistics professional to join our supportive team and be responsible for company & sub-contractor tipper & tanker allocation.
We can provide you with training in all aspects of this role to allow you to develop your skills and succeed.
This is a permanent full time role primarily Monday to Friday with some Saturday work depending on operational requirements.
Based in Thebarton, SA.
Responsibilities Use software packages to allocate use of tippers & tankersLiaise with internal and external customers regarding raw material requirementsMaintain service schedules and coordinate servicing for company tipper & tanker fleetEnsure Chain of Responsibility and other national heavy vehicles requirements are always adhered toWhat you will need to succeed Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant changePrevious experience in a customer service/planning/scheduling function desired but not essential as training can be providedComputer literate with previous experience in Microsoft Office essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse peopleUnderstanding of national heavy vehicle law requirements desired (training can be provided)A supportive and safe environment Adbri puts safety first and recognises that diversity in our workforce drives innovation, encourages creativity and better equips us to be Always Ready.
