What your day will look like… In this dynamic position, you'll lead the implementation of the Eat Walk Engage program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive quality improvements in patient care.
You'll facilitate training sessions, advocate for age-friendly practices, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
By providing clinical leadership and identifying educational needs, you'll create a supportive environment focused on enhancing the well-being of older patients, ensuring their voices are heard and their care is prioritised.
