About You
We're looking for a dedicated Outpatient Administrative Officer who embodies professionalism and a commitment to excellent patient care. If you have a passion for teamwork and a knack for effective communication, you'll thrive in this role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, staff, and visitors. Proven ability to work independently under pressure, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work. Resourceful problem-solver with a desire to develop practical procedures and adapt to new information and changes. Experience with Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of confidentiality and customer service principles in a clinical environment. About CALHN
