You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless coordination and operation of our outpatient services.
With a focus on delivering timely and accurate administrative support, you'll be the friendly face for our outpatients and their families, responding to enquiries and enhancing their experience.
Your contributions will directly support our clinical staff, helping them to focus on what they do best—caring for our patients.
In this dynamic environment, you'll also have the opportunity to guide and mentor new and less experienced team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

About You Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, staff, and visitors.Proven ability to work independently under pressure, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.Resourceful problem-solver with a desire to develop practical procedures and adapt to new information and changes.Experience with Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of confidentiality and customer service principles in a clinical environment.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
