Permanent Part time 60.8 hours/fortnight About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Podiatrist to lead and manage our podiatry team in delivering exceptional services across Grampians Health.
Your leadership will ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery and foster a culture of excellence across all areas of care.
This unique role involves leading a team of 15 podiatrists across a multi-campus regional health services providing full Podiatry services across the continuum of health service delivery, The role also includes the coordination of the leading regional multidisciplinary High Risk Foot Services which includes Orthopaedics, Endocrinology, and Infectious Disease specialists.
Key Responsibilities Ensure Grampians Health has best practice Podiatry services to meet the needs of our community Manage and support the development of the Podiatry workforce Build an inclusive workplace culture where people can feel empowered to contribute, collaborate and perform at their best.
Develop and maintain a strategic direction and vision for the Podiatry & HRFS.
Foster strong collaborative relationships with leaders across Grampians Health.
Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in the profession Post-graduate qualifications in leadership or working towards same Experience in public health service, leading allied health teams or services.
