Allied Health Manager As the Manager of this multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the success of the clinic as well as leading and developing a team of 13 allied health professional.
Your purpose as the Manager is to ensure exceptional outcomes for our young clients and a well-supported team environment. Drawing on your allied health experience you will be a proactive, solution-focused, professional and dedicated to bringing the best for your clients, families, staff and the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Day to day management of a leading and innovative clinic.Apply and extend your extensive clinical knowledge through professional development with staff,Workforce management, including recruitment and growth planning,Oversee and participate in the development and promotion of the clinic,Maintain a compliance centre on both internal and external requirements, Ensure high level professionalism and ethical conduct,And much much more to ensure a successful and rewarding team and clinic.What can we offer you?
