This position is open to Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Social Workers.

Use your skills to deliver high quality, evidenced-based Allied Health Clinical Education services for allied health professionals within CQMHAODS, facilitating a training, mentorship and supervision strategy for skill development.

About us:Central Queensland Mental Heatlh Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS) provides specialist mental health, substance and alcohol related care to residents of Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone, Banana, Woorabinda and Central Highlands areas. The CQMHAODS works in collaboration with the local hospitals, other mental health, alcohol and other drugs teams, and primary health, community and private sector providers to reduce the symptoms of mental illness and facilitate recovery.
About the role:Deliver high quality evidenced based Allied Health Clinical Education services for Allied Health professions.Provide Allied Health specific training within CQMHAODS.Facilitate a training, mentoring and supervision strategy for Allied Health in CQMHAODS to guide skill development and maintenance of core competencies from pre-entry and new graduates to advanced Allied Health practitioners.About you:Mandatory qualification/s: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and / or registration with the appropriate registration authority, including any necessary endorsements, to be provided to the employing service prior to the commencement of duty.Social WorkOccupational TherapyAbility to develop clinical educational programs with a focus on evidence-based models relative to mental health, alcohol and other drug service delivery.High level knowledge of adult learning principles, quality improvement and research methodologies.What we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $152,776 p.a. is comprised of:
