In this role, you will work closely with the Lifestyle Activity Coordinator to plan and deliver group sessions that focus on supporting and maintaining the functional abilities of our patients.
With a patient-centred approach, you'll help create engaging, meaningful activities that promote social connection, independence, and enjoyment for older adults across our service.Working on a flexible 7-day roster, you will primarily facilitate group-based programs while also collaborating with allied health professionals to deliver targeted care as needed.
