We want you to work within the Allied Health team at The Victoria Clinic.
The Victoria Clinic has recently moved into a new state of the art, purpose built inpatient mental health hospital, which includes a rooftop movement hub, and 115 beds. The Victoria Clinic provides a range of inpatient programs, which are growing to meet the needs of patients.
As an Allied Health Assistant your responsibilities will include: Support members of the Allied Health team to provide a high standard of clinical care to patients, Supporting the team to develop the weekly inpatient activity timetable Work under the direction and supervision of psychologists and physiotherapists, to help clients achieve their goals. Desired Criteria: Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance and/or a Student of a Health Degree Experience facilitating group programs High degree of organization and administrative skills Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
