Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River. Applications are sought from suitably qualified Allied Health Assistants to expand their career working within the Subacute Department at Echuca Regional Health. This role will offer experience and exposure to an array of disciplines including Social Work, Dietetics, Physio, Occupational and Speech Therapy's.
Key responsibilities include: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure service delivery is provided on the foundation of best practice, collaboration and inclusivity Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate the management of safe program delivery and service coordination to ensure patient centered care is receivedMaintain client records ad statistical data in line with program requirementsActively participate in departmental and organisation meetings as requiredProven well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsParticipation in weekend and public holiday rotating rosterQualifications/experience required: Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or working towardsCurrent Australian Drivers LicenseThe ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary teamWorking for ERH At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
