About the role:
The Allied Health - Advanced (Acute) Clinician will utilise advanced level clinical skills in at least one area of Allied Health practice, as well as extended skills across a range of allied health disciplines to provide day-to-day clinical leadership in the interdisciplinary delivery of Allied Health services across emergency, acute medical and surgical, sub-acute and rehabilitation continuum of care for patients and families within CQHHS.
About you: Mandatory qualification/s: Mandatory possession of an Allied Health qualification from a registered tertiary institution. Certified copies of the required qualification must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to commencement of duties. Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual practicing certificate is essential, or for members of non-registered and self-regulated professions, eligibility for professional membership of the relevant professional association.
Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, a postgraduate qualification relevant to the role would be well regarded. Ability to lead and co-ordinate advanced Allied Health service provision through stakeholder engagement, initiating, planning, implementing, and evaluating local service improvement initiatives. Ability to provide clinical practice supervision and support to multi-disciplinary allied health clinicians and students and the operational workforce at a service-wide level.

Total remuneration value of up to $14,335 p.m. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $73.12 - $76.30 p.h.
