Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join our growing team in our Sydney office.
With rapid expansion in both our company and the data centre industry, this full-time, permanent position provides a flexible hybrid work arrangement and the chance to play a key role in our continued success.
In this role, you will: Lead the coordination and management of the entire bid lifecycle, including the preparation of bid plans, tenders, proposals, schedules and supporting follow-up materials. Work closely with our Operations, Sales and Marketing teams to align bidding strategies to business directives. Collaborate with our Estimating team to prepare high quality, accurate proposals for our client and supplier base. Establish strong relationships with our clients, subcontractors and other key stakeholders. Ensure best practice techniques in all bidding processes, as well as identify improvement opportunities within the business. About You: You will:
Be experienced in bid management and/or procurement, with a background in fibre, cabling, data centre, electrical or construction industries. Have a proven track record of successfully managing bids and proposals, with strong skills in negotiation. Have exceptional attention to detail and a high proficiency in utilising technology to advance your work. Experience using CAD/Bluebeam or similar programs would be highly desirable. Understand estimating, as well as basic accounting fundamentals. Be a strong communicator, enthusiastic and driven, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines. What's in it for you?
