We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to work with the Chief of Staff to establish and maintain the Executive Office.
What You'll do Executive Support: Support Chief of Staff to set and manage Co CEO priorities, upcoming tasks, and commitments to ensure deadlines are met, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics. Communication Liaison: Review incoming communications and correspondence to the Executive Office and work closely with the Chief of Staff to prepare and distribute responses. Meeting & Event Management: Organize executive meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, document creation, and note-taking. Coordinate corporate events and travel as needed. Confidential Information Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Documentation and Presentation Preparation: Draft and edit high-quality documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use. Problem Solving & Initiative: Anticipate challenges, offer creative solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities. Ad hoc duties: At various times, Co-CEOs may require ad hoc support for personal tasks. What You'll bring Experience: 5+ years' experience in a similar role responsible for business administration duties including supporting Senior Executive Teams. Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels. Discretion & Professionalism: High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure while managing tight deadlines. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be flexible to the evolving needs of the organisation.
