We are moving from time and materials based consulting work, to solving common industry problems with scalable data solutions in Generative AI and transport IoT data. As such, we are seeking a Product Manager to work collaboratively with our team, with delivery leads, domain experts and stakeholders in developing market facing scalable, supportable, subscribable data solutions, playing a key role in the team's data and analytics evolution.
In this dynamic role you will:
Establish and lead an end-to-end product development process, including ideation, market research, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and execution.Serve as a bridge between the technical and business worlds, translating business objectives into technical requirements and vice versa.Prioritize product features and tasks, managing the product backlog while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Advocate and champion the offerings internally across the enterprise, and externally with industry marketsDevelop and maintain product requirements, and collaborate with the technical team on implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure successful product launches and iterationsConduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market.Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement. Highly regarded additional aspects include startup experience, deep technology solutions focused on industrial applications (roads, water, energy), and working with Enterprise customers.Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centric product development.Strong understanding of cloud technology, with a preference for Microsoft Azure experience and particularly AI and ML services within Azure.High EQ, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills providing the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity, managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and with an Entreprenurial mindset.Interested?
