As the Agribusiness Support Officer - Settlements you will report to the Team Manager Settlements . You will assist with developing and maintaining effective relationships with Sales and Distribution staff, whist concurrently liaising with various stakeholders (internal / external) to ensure seamless end to end loan processing for our customers, nationally.
As the Agribusiness Support Officer you will bring your relationship building skills to maintain strong relationships both within your team, and across the wider Business and Agri Team and stakeholders. These stakeholders will include our Government partners, customers, solicitors and advisors.
Furthermore, you will bring your keen eye for details recommend alternative solutions based on changing customer or business needs whilst delivering a professional customer experience.
In the case of Exceptions/Escalated Issues, you are proactive to deal with them promptly and viable solutions are put forward and implemented so as to avoid these being repeated. You will work with our risk partners and stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome for the business and our customers.
As our new Agribusiness Support Officer - Settlements , you will bring the following skills: Experience in an administrative, banking, paralegal or conveyancing environment where organisational skills, attention to detail and a focus on customer needs is valued.An understanding of the Business and/or Agribusiness environment would be desirable but not essential.Knowledge and experience of securities documentation requirements and settlement workflow procedure, ideally within a legal or banking environment.A proactive approach to identify customers' needs where appropriate and providing outstanding value.The ability to work well within a team environment and able to balance/ prioritise own work with that of the team's activities.Computer skills in applications and business systems both internal and external such as DoxGate, RFS, PEXA, ABS, C360 is highly desirable. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of x2 days in a local Head Office p/week
This role is a full time, permanent role, based at any of any of our head office locations (Bendigo, Docklands, Adelaide, Brisbane, Ipswich)
