As such, we have a new and exciting opportunity for an Agri & Commercial Finance Relationship Manager to join our Agri Finance team, to support and grow the Western Australia market on a permanent, full-time basis.
As this is a new role, location is flexible for the successful candidate within WA.Focussed on value adding to our client's business, you will provide a high-end advisory service that sees you become a trusted advisor to your clients.
Operating as a brokerage service, you will source competitive finance packages for and on behalf of our clients, through Elders extensive panel of lenders.
You will be empowered to succeed via leveraging referrals as well as the expertise and support throughout the wider Elders Network.ResponsibilitiesProvide a high-quality brokerage service for clients agri and commercial finance requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry partners.Negotiate with lenders to provide competitive products, terms, and pricing to clients.Utilise the Elders customer base to continue building business and provide ongoing brokerage services to clients who require new lending facilities.Implement sales campaigns and training programs for the Elders network to identify new opportunities.Ensure 100% compliance with relevant statutory legislation, including AML/CTF requirements.About youFor this position, we are looking for:Proven experience in developing and growing an agri and/or commercial loan portfolio.A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate successfully.Previous experience in a broker position.Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (required).About EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector.
