Heidelberg Materials Australia are seeking Casual and Full-Time HR truck drivers to join our team, driving concrete agitator trucks in metro Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for drivers who understand safety in the heavy vehicle industry, are reliable and enjoy seeing the results of their hard work on some of Melbourne's biggest projects.
In your new role with us, you will: Drive and operate reliable and well-maintained concrete agitator trucksDeliver concrete to our customers as ordered within specificationDeliver cutting edge, sustainable mixes to once in a lifetime projectsThis role is a great fit for you if you: Have a HR or HC or MC drivers' licence (Agitator truck driving experience preferred but not essential)Current White Card or ability to obtain if successfulHave a dedicated work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitudeUnderstanding of basic mechanics an advantage but not necessary, ability to solve problems and contribute to solutionsPrioritise and promote safety policies and proceduresFamiliar with the Chain of Responsibility (CoR)What we offer: Casual hourly rate from $39.85 - inclusive of 25% loading. (All overtime hours, time and a half and double time, are calculated from the applicable base rate.)Full time hourly rate options:$31.86 – Bonus payment available at the end of year after qualifying period and meeting set criteria$33.22 – Fully inclusive rate, paid on RDO's, Annual Leave, etc. No bonus availableWorking days are Monday to Friday, with the requirements for early morning starts and Saturday shift availabilityMeal allowance paid every day with second paid after 10 hoursHeidelberg's thorough minimum 10-day agitator driver training programOngoing career and development opportunitiesAt Heidelberg Materials Australia, we understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
