Elysium Digital are currently working with a federal government department to engage an Agile delivery manager on a contract with CRM experience.
Your new role
As a agile delivery manager you will champion the project, managing its scope, priority, planning and progress in the backlog against other initiatives and operational needs. You will drive the design and planning of the dynamics project to ensure the backlog represents the up to date scope, planning and progress. You will facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned. You will identify and remove any impediments to the dynamics project and ensure the team is always improving and evolving there agile practices. Scrum master activities to support the team.
About you:
You will be a highly organised, dynamic, outcome orientated individual with excellent communication skills, who can think critically and utilise their excellent problem solving skills, as well as undertake negotiations, delegate effectively, and make timely decisions. You will have a strong track record of successful product/ project delivery using Agile methodologies and practices.
