YOUR ROLE In this role, you will be crucial in planning, coordinating, and delivering enterprise-wide project outcomes within the Cyber & Protectives Services (CPS) team, ensuring timely and budget-compliant security initiatives. As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will effectively conduct ceremonies, such as Scrums, Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Showcases, taking ownership of obstacles and blockers, safeguarding sprint commitments, and employing continuous improvement techniques to eliminate delivery bottlenecks. Additionally, you will track and report on sprint goals and achievements, as well as manage Epics and Milestones using JIRA Dashboards. With support from our PMO, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning, resourcing, financial management, governance and delivery of assigned projects, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management, project status reporting and overseeing dependencies within the project team, as well as with BAU teams and other projects or programs, ensuring alignment and visibility for all stakeholders. This full-time, permanent position is based in Sydney or Melbourne. ABOUT YOU You should have extensive experience working within an agile framework and be familiar with core agile ceremonies using JIRA. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in project management using both traditional and agile methods. This role is suitable for someone currently in a Delivery or Project Manager role, with aspirations to gain exposure to Cyber security domain and advance to a Senior Project Manager position. Ability to work proactively; at pace, focusing on delivering outcomes as outlined by the Project Portfolio Manager. Strong experience with Agile methods, including knowledge of SAFe and Scrum, and applying agile ceremonies in an IT infrastructure context. Familiarity or experience with the IAG Value Delivery Framework would be beneficial. Proven skills in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, including escalation for support as required. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, solving complex problems and stakeholder management. Exposure to Cybersecurity projects, or experience in Identity Management, Cloud Security, Infrastructure platforms, systems, and capabilities, along with experience in delivery and implementation. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile, and fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude, outcome focus and flexible approach which enables you to adapt quickly.
