You have a passion for continuous improvement and ability to drive successful business outcomes.You're outgoing, proactive and outcomes-focused, with excellent relationship building skills and history of creating positive & motivated squad environments.They are:An iconic company managing Agile at a huge scale, with loads of customer-focused technology programs underway and a huge project pipeline.They foster a collaborative, supportive and genuinely flexible culture and place a big emphasis on developing their people and promoting a health work/life balance.The Role:As an Agile Delivery Lead, you'll be leading two data squads (made up of data analysts, data scientists, machine learning engineers, DBA's, BA's and developers) in the personalisation space, driving delivery, keeping the team motivated & on track and managing stakeholders.Building relationships quickly will be key in this role, there are some big personalities and you'll need to be pragmatic and develop a good way or working.As a permanent position in a such a busy business with so many upcoming projects, there is limitless opportunity for growth, with a big emphasis on promotion - this role has become available due to internal promotion.They are highly flexible with their hybrid WFH/office model; a couple of times per week in office is great, but less is okay too.Skills / Experience / Responsibilities:Ideally three - five years as an Agile Delivery Lead or Scrum MasterExperienced in leading squads of data professionalsSkilled in building confidence in data teamsAbility to build relationships quicklyAbility to tailor your agile approach to fit purposeAble to motivate and drive team outcomesEnsure squads deliver business & customer value in each sprint iterationDrive squad adoption of best-in-class Agile techniquesThis is a great opportunity, hit the apply for this job now!
