As our Agile Delivery Lead you'll lead and coordinate delivery of customer-friendly, engaging and functional digital experiences that seamlessly bridge the gap between our online and physical retail entities. Day to day:
Lead and coach one or more agile delivery teams. Work closely with our product representatives to plan delivery in alignment with value. Advocate, support, and coach Agile ways of working. Promote Agile principles to delivery teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements. Remove impediments and distractions to optimise team performance. Support agile team transformation and encourage teams to adopt agile values. Create and nurture a high performing team with a focus on continuous learning & improvement. Manage to the values of the organisation and performance of individuals in the team. Develop plans to support individual development and growth. Align team members to OKRs and goals. Facilitate requirements gathering and sizing, from high-level to detailed. Partner with SME's to ensure that architectural & software engineering best practices are incorporated into plans and estimates. Present options (scope, budget, resourcing, time) to meet business outcomes. Develop and maintain roadmaps and iteration plans. Take initiative and look for ways to improve the quality of our solutions, standards, and practices. You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring delivery teams within an Agile software delivery environment. Demonstrated comprehensive understanding and application of Lean and Agile principles and processes. The ability to hit the ground running, and to build and maintain constructive working relationships. Excellent adaptive team leadership capabilities including the ability to foster productive team dynamics, engage and enable teams and coach for performance.
