In this role, you will be part of the operations team. Here you will work in a dynamic, multi-faced team that partners with all areas of the agents (partner companies) implementation and other functional units based globally to maintain quality of data and deliver reporting to regulators with a high accuracy, timeliness, and integrity.
Role Responsibilities Create and activate Agent accounts and support active Agent's network while updating and maintaining data in multiple Western Union databases. Provide critical control indicators to preserve and support the Agent enrollment process. Provide back-office support to Sales people on the field and to other Western Union departments. Validate and execute Agent's contract (new and renewal) for completeness and accuracy according to contract compliance and legal requirements. Validate and execute Agent's maintenance requests for completeness and accuracy according to requirements provided by money service license holder. Handle and resolve complex escalations from business partners and teammates. Create Ad Hoc reports for business partners, senior management and/or other departments. Role Requirements Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory. Fluency in French with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory. Customer-oriented approach and good communication skills. Strong analytical, investigation and problem-solving skills. Attentiveness to details. Time management and organizational skills. Collaboration and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment. Previous experience in Operations or Compliance would be an advantage. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and big data management tools would be an advantage. University/College degree would be an advantage. Knowledge of Western Union Agent enrollment and maintenance processes would be an advantage. Knowledge of AS400, WUAMS, IBIS, Sales Force and/or SharePoint databases, ARC+, WU Shop, Voyager, Macros and Mass Loads would be an advantage as well. Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,175 - 1,733 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
