About the Role The Manager Marketing, Communications and Engagement (EMMCE) is responsible for developing, leading and implementing organisational wide communications, marketing and key stakeholder engagement strategies.
The role will focus on ensuring we understand our consumers' needs and that our key stakeholders understand and value the services we provide.
A key part of the role will be maintaining effective and trusted internal and external communications with our consumers and key stakeholders, community and media.
The incumbent will provide advice and support to the CEO and Executive on marketing, communications and consumer and stakeholder related areas to ensure what we do aligns not only with our strategic objectives but our consumers, key stakeholders and the community.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to: Develop, implement, maintain and evaluate a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy to maximise revenue and occupancy Develop, implement and maintain a stakeholder engagement strategy, including the preparation of all internal and external communications and advertising Oversee and coordinate the Community Advisory Body Provide advice to the CEO and others on all matters pertaining to Communications, Community Engagement, and Marketing Maintain, protect and manage the Shepparton Villages brand Develop and implement high quality marketing/advertising materials and communications including print, electronic, Shepparton Villages website and social media Prepare key documents and reports including the Annual Reports, CEO, staff and resident Newsletters and reports as required Organising and managing Shepparton Villages events and relevant meetings Work with key internal & external stakeholders on various projects to advance the provision of SRV's Aged Care Services Attend all residential care and independent living unit meetings and provide reports Key Selection Criteria: Appropriate tertiary qualification e.g.
Marketing, Communications, Media and or Public Relations Experience in marketing and or communications including brand management Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement, outstanding influencing, negotiating and problem-solving skills Experience in and knowledge of how to engage with consumers and the community that builds trust and transparency An understanding of how to align business and consumer/community expectations Demonstrated capacity to function at a strategic and operational level within a complex service and people-based environment Experience in producing and managing websites, online content, e-marketing and social media Demonstrated capacity to meet timeframes and coordinate work output effectively within competing priorities Benefits & Culture We value our team and the wonderful work they do.
