We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team of courageous multi-disciplinary clinicians dedicated to extraordinary care for people with a disability, at every stage of life.
Your role

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our Mandurah office on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role your primary responsibilities will be:
Manage the team and clinical workflow for multidisciplinary services in both clinic, home and community settings in the area.
Work with the team to ensure individual and overall contract requirements are met.
Collaborate with other Team Leaders across the organisation, and partners, in offering services to clients.
Manage a range of different funding streams, including NDIS and private sources.
Provide overall team direction and management, and involvement in staff recruitment, selection, training and client allocation.
Control administrative operations such as managing and directing enquiries, staff recruitment planning, expenditure on supplies and equipment, facility management support where required.
Advise senior management about measures to improve the service and operations and communicating broader strategic initiatives.
What makes you the right candidate?
Hold tertiary qualifications in your relevant health discipline, as well as registration with the relevant governing body.
At least 5 years relevant experience as a Team Leader or in a Lead Clinical role.
Experience working under the NDIS framework within the disability support sector.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously, and with a wide range of stakeholders including parents, teachers, general practitioners, health service providers and government and non-government agencies, both in person and over the phone.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, the CRM (The Hive) and other information systems, the NDIS portal sections for uploading of plans and approving or responding to incidents.
Have a flexible and patient manner.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously.
Have a strong focus on safety culture and willingness to always improve quality, safety and compliance.
All successful candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Drivers License, WCC, National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
