Annecto is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager for In-Home & Community Supports to lead, inspire, and drive transformative outcomes across rural and regional Victoria, primarily in the Loddon-Mallee region and the Ballarat and Grampians regions of Victoria.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading & Inspiring: Motivate and mentor your team through a time of organisational change to deliver exceptional support and build on the positive foundations of a workforce spread across a vast geographic area. Driving Excellence: As an Aged Care and disability subject matter expert, ensure worker and service compliance, oversee audit outcomes, continuous improvement, and service improvements to enhance participant outcomes. Forging Connections: Collaborate with families, carers, and stakeholders to create life-changing community networks. Innovation & Growth: Develop and implement projects and strategies that align with community needs and organisational goals. Delivering Results: Manage budgets, projects, and performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What We're Looking For:
A leader with experience in managing community and in-home support programs, primarily in Aged Care.
In-depth knowledge of Aged Care and the new Support at Home reforms.
A good understanding of disability services and legislation, NDIS Quality and Safeguards and relevant policies.
A commitment to social justice and inclusion with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and a knack for fostering innovation.
Your Credentials:
Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Social Sciences, or Management. 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. Current National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. A Victorian driver's license and readiness to travel regularly within the region. Compliance with Annecto's COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Why Join Us?
