About The Role

Seeking a positive, kind and friendly registered and enrolled nurses a who are motivated to join one of our leading Healthcare providers in Aged Care. In this role you will work in a friendly and supportive team environment where you will provide clinical support to consumers and ensure consumers receive appropriate care and support to maintain quality of life.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team who a are passionate about consumer care and have ample opportunity to enhance your skills and professional development.

Responsibilities:

Complete holistic assessmentsDevelop appropriate care plansEvaluate and make clinical decisionsGuide care staff

About You

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA RegistrationFull working rights in AustraliaMin 1 year experience as a RN in Aged CareGood time management skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelinesExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to respond effectively in emergency situationsEffective problem-solving skillsProven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independentlyFlexible to work on rotating shifts in the morning, afternoon and night
