Lead Group are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium/large sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in Toowoomba QLD! This is a highly supported environment that includes 2 experienced Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Quality and Education Manager, Rostering Officers plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team PLUS Regional Support team. The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and providing steady oversight on operational governance.
