The Aged Care & Disability Coordinator is a key role within the Community Services division.
Reporting to the Aged Care and Disability Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating Aged Care and NDIS programs across the region.
This includes managing staffing levels, resource management, budgeting, monthly reporting, file management, and other operational tasks to support the organisation's business, operational, and governance needs.
Minimum Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Aged Care Services, Nursing, Health Science, or similar.Awareness of Indigenous cultural practices and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.Knowledge of case management and experience with vulnerable populations.Understanding of Food Safety and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations.Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft Office.Compensation: $83,725.18 to $92,084.54 plus superannuation, remote area allowance, accommodation, vehicle for work, and up to $5,000 in relocation assistance.
