We are searching for candidates with a keen interest in technology, preferably in the agricultural and Civil industries, for our growing Precision Technology product portfolio - including systems for guidance, mapping, and machine control applications.
Ag Tech & Machine offers cutting-edge technology integration solutions from leading product manufacturers like DJI, PTX Trimble, John Deere, SolSteer, and more that automate, simplify, and streamline operations.
Our solutions include GPS guidance, implement control, data processing, and support that help farmers and Civil contractors save time and money.
The Role:
Supporting our customers with service and solutions such as hardware installation, calibration, and training.
Consulting with customers to determine business opportunities and subsequent solution requirements.
Working closely within a team to identify problems and solutions to complex customer issues.
General servicing and pre-delivery of equipment.
Answering and documenting incoming support calls.
About you:
You are a strong self-starter looking to advance your career.
You have a keen interest in the application of emerging technologies to the agriculture/Civil industries and a commitment to continuous learning.
You have agricultural and/or mechanical experience.
Proficient knowledge of agricultural software, hardware, and application systems.
Ability to understand repairs and maintenance following Technical Manual procedures.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and think analytically.
Proficient oral and written communication skills with solid analytical skills.
Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs.
Demonstrated successful work history in the industry.
