About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for someone to join our Service Team as an Aftermarket Sales Representative.

An Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for generating service and parts business by building relationships with new customers in an assigned territory and supporting existing accounts.

Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties
Effectively manage customer accounts and their requirements.
Develop new service and parts business within the assigned territory by making cold calls, conducting service presentations, and following up on leads for new business.
Identify additional opportunities to sell support products, truck repairs, battery sales, rental leads, and training opportunities to current and new customers.
Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
Ensure that all the information is entered accurately into the appropriate company systems.
Compile and generate customer service and sales reports as required.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
Material Handling/Industrial/Capital Equipment Industry Experience.
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
