In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Excel, strong knowledge including Pivot Tables, data manipulation, interpretation, and reporting.Assisting with Sales Planning, budgetingSalesforce super user.
Working with Sales Executives to ensure that Salesforce is updated and accurate.Reviewing monthly sales and managing Portfolio & Incremental targetsSales training administration.
Ensuring all sales training and key tasks are complete.Organising Sales conference (logistics, agendas, speakers, etc)Helping with sales proposals and presentations, tender responses etcPreparing customer presentations, back-order reporting, Status 20 reportingPreparing and a ending out monthly sales reports, quarterly business reviews, etc.Attending customer meetings (virtual) and taking minutes.
Distributing these out to attendeesScope to stretch into internal sales and qualifying leads Skills / Experience: Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
