The purpose of the role is to coordinate the resourcing and rostering of personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery, in a manner which results in the highest possible quality of service to customers, the most cost effective and efficient way, and maximises our profitability.
About the role: The After- Hours Service Delivery Coordinator is a pivotal member of the MSS Security National Operations team and is responsible for managing vacancies and maintaining employee schedules across a designated portfolio.
The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and managing operational and regulatory compliance at all times.
The key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to): Assigning the most cost-effective rostering in line with Company guidelines Ensuring service levels are maintained Addressing any issues relating to staff scheduling, including resolving shift swaps, overtime requests, or absences Ensure rosters comply with company policies and relevant industrial instruments Efficiently process the payroll to minimise errors and any re-work About you: Previous experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce management Previous experience using a rostering software/system Experience in a fast-paced service industry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask Team player with the ability to work autonomously when necessary If you believe you fit the criteria listed above, we would love to hear from you!
