What you'll be doingThe After Hours Nurse Manager coordinates after-hours patient care services, leading and supporting clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient journey. Selection Criteria Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills necessary to build collaborative relationships.Proven ability to provide leadership and manage clinical services.Experience in service development, planning, and change management.Ability to implement and monitor nursing resource allocations to meet performance requirements.Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team.Current unrestricted drivers' licence and willingness to drive as required.Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific DiseasesThis is a Category 'A' position.
