Managing your own immigration files/clients (95% corporates, 5% individuals) focusing on visa classes 482,191,400,186,408 & 494 -providing full-spectrum advice including: visa options, eligibility,application merits, drafting submissions/labour agreements/letters of advice, preparing and lodging visa applications & liaising with immigration authorities/skills assessment bodies, responding to refusals, judicial reviews/appeals & attending ART/Court (if you are a lawyer). We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are EITHER : 1) a lawyer admitted in Victoria with a current practising certificate OR 2) a RMA with a current MARA registration;
Have MINIMUM 4+ years (or more-seniors welcome) in immigration law specifically with experience with employer sponsored visas (essential) & ART+ Federal Circuit Court cases ( if you a lawyer);
Have proven ability to manage a high volume of cases in a busy fast-paced dead-line driven environment providing technical immigration legal advice to corporate clients (essential); are proactive, results driven & passionate about making a positive impact on real people's lives. are hungry to advance +seeking a long-term career with a premier migration firm who invests in their staff.
