We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our thriving roofing company.
As an essential member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office and supporting our exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Coordination: As our Office Manager and Executive Assistant, you will be the heart of our organisation, overseeing the day-to-day operations.
From managing incoming calls and emails, accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining office supplies and equipment, you'll keep everything running like clockwork.

Scheduling and Logistics: Your exceptional organisational skills will shine as you handle appointment scheduling, coordinate with roofing technicians, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be instrumental in maintaining our high service standards.

Client Interaction: You will be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships, leaving our customers impressed and satisfied.

Administrative Support: Prepare to put your administrative prowess to good use by managing documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with invoicing and billing processes.
Your attention to detail and accuracy will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Payroll: This role will require an applicant to have previous experience in payroll as this will be a weekly duty.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Experience with Xero (preferred, but not required) Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Knowledge across Google Suite Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with office management software.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of the roofing industry or construction field (preferred, but not required).
