Pel-Air is recruiting suitably qualified and experienced Pilots to operate its fleet of King Air B260 and B360 Pro Line Fusion equipped aircraft for the Air Ambulance Victoria fixed-wing contract based out of Essendon, Melbourne.Pel-Air currently operates a mixed fleet of King Air B200 aircraft for Air Ambulance Victoria, providing a 24/7 emergency aeromedical service.As part of this rewarding and dynamic operation, Pilots will operate the aircraft in a single Pilot operation in close teamwork with Air Ambulance Victoria Paramedics and Staff who will be responsible for the medical care and treatment of patients on-board the aircraft.Pilots will help deliver lifesaving services including emergency patient retrieval and patient transfer services across all of VIC and into other states.In late 2023, Pel-Air will be taking delivery of brand new B260 and B360 aircraft featuring the latest Collins Proline Fusion cockpits.Positions are available for Line Captains. Applicants with prior check and/or training experience will be regarded highly.Pel-Air is a wholly owned subsidiary of Regional Express (Rex), Australia's largest independent regional airline.
