Work hours: 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Melbourne Time)Weekdays: Monday to FridayNeeded ASAPJob Location:RemoteNegotiableRemote Office, acting as a dedicated HR partner for our clients, is on the hunt for a AEM Backend Developer to join our client's team. We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Backend Developer with extensive experience in AEM Cloud Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions using Adobe's powerful platform, helping our clients optimise their online presence and drive business growth.Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Services for various client projects.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using AEM.Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations to meet project objectives.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed and project deadlines are met.Conduct code reviews, performance optimisations, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and scalability of AEM solutions.Stay current with the latest trends and developments in AEM Cloud Services and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Act as a subject matter expert on AEM Cloud Services, participating in client meetings, workshops, and presentations as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with a couple of years experience on AEM as a Cloud Services.Experience with AEM architecture is nice to have, including designing scalable and flexible solutions leveraging AEM as a Cloud Services.Hands-on experience with AEM Core Components, HTL, and Sightly.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AEM projects from concept to completion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor development teams.About Remote Office: Remote Office is an end-to-end RemoteOps platform providing global HR solutions.
