The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Cabinetry Supervisor to lead our skilled team of cabinet makers in delivering reactive and preventative maintenance and construction works across WA.
This role is responsible for coordinating the Cabinet Making team to achieve a range of internal and external KPI targets, as well as ensuring the efficient delivery of works to a high standard of workmanship. Primary duties include day to day management of incoming work orders and quote requests, human resource management, financial performance monitoring and reporting, quality control, safety management and liaison with both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, scoping, and quoting works. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cabinet makers and apprentices. Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies. Liaise with clients to provide technical advice and gather feedback. Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and monitor job performance against KPIs. Conduct quality control checks and site inspections. Assist with tender preparation and contribute to business growth. Utilize proprietary software to draft, program CNC machines, and manage workflows. Occasionally travel to regional and remote areas as needed. Ideal Candidate Strong leadership and communication skills. Extensive cabinet making expertise, including industry standards and best practices. The ability to manage maintenance contracts and minor projects. Proficiency in job management systems and software like Microsoft Office. A collaborative nature and experience working in multi-disciplinary teams. Confidence in financial management and the ability to meet targets. Certificate III in Cabinet Making. White Card. National Police Clearance. Manual C Class WA Driver's License. Proficiency in Cab Master software. 10+ years of relevant experience.
