Merit list/pools and how they will be usedApplicants suitable for the role but not offered the position for the current vacancy may be placed in a merit list or pool. We are secretive about what we do, not what we value.The opportunityChange Managers play a key role in ensuring that organisational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage. They focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organisation structures and more. A merit pool may be created to fill future vacancies which have the same or similar requirements to this position.
