Contribute to innovative and efficient processes while being part of a supportive and energising work culture.Key responsibilities:Investigate standard complaints and member conduct.Prepare standard and expedited matters for committee meetings and disciplinary proceedings.Communicate with relevant parties on complaints and progress.Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations.Assist in training disciplinary panel members.Maintain best practice record keeping.ABOUT YOUYou are fair, professional, self-reliant, and results-oriented.
