About this Opportunity The Advisor, Procurement reports to the Deputy Director, Procurement and Category Management in administering a range of procurement and contract management activities within the goods and services procurement function at the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA). This includes enhancing policies, templates, and processes, managing procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. The position provides specialist advice on procurement issues and collaborates with stakeholders through effective negotiation and cooperation to ensure alignment and smooth execution throughout the procurement lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in procurement and contract management systems. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and manage stakeholders.
