Advisor, People Experience

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by: Organising onboarding, induction, and learning activities for graduates, interns and managers including leading sessions as required.Providing support to participants in MRPV's talent pathway programs through a business partnering model, with a focus on coaching and local resolution.Coordinating rotations with multiple stakeholders and maintaining the rotation schedule.Supporting the implementation of a range of talent pathways programs by maintaining the project plans, scheduling sessions, assisting with data capture, preparing presentations and recommending solutions.Working with teams across MRPV and the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority on shared opportunities for talent programs.Reporting to the Director of People Experience, the People Experience Advisor will coordinate Talent Pathways programs, including MRPV's Intern and Graduate Programs.
This role focuses on organising and delivering key program elements, like learning and development sessions and rotations, while providing expert advice and support to managers and participants through a business partnering approach.
About You We're looking for someone with experience in leading or supporting employment programs.
This role is perfect for someone with strong project management and organizational skills who can think on their feet to resolve questions quickly.
