• Negotiate and liaise with internal and external clients, stakeholders and other consultants.
• Monitor and regularly report on project progress.
• Provide a point of contact for advice and support to internal and external customers and deliver facility management services and projects at owned and leased facilities occupied by TMR staff.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues associated with the management of facilities
• Be available for travel to regional and metro sites as required to effectively manage TMR facilities
• Participate on a rostered basis to provide advice and coordinate responses out of normal business hours as part of the Critical Incident Response Team.
Please note you must hold a "C" class driving licence to perform this role.
